By downloading, accessing, or using QUERYMX, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the QUERYMX mobile application (“App”), operated by DataZentist (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using QUERYMX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
About QUERYMX
QUERYMX is a business directory platform that allows users to:
- Discover and browse businesses
- View listings, contact details, and descriptions
- Submit reviews and interact with listed businesses
User Accounts
If you create an account:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms.
Business Listings
4.1Third-Party Content
- Listings may be provided by businesses or other third parties
- We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete, or up to date
- Businesses are solely responsible for their listings
4.2No Endorsement
The presence of a business or listing on QUERYMX does not constitute endorsement, approval, or recommendation.
The use of QUERYMX does not imply endorsement or support for any products or services listed.
4.3Interactions with Businesses
Any transactions, communication, or dealings between you and a business listed on QUERYMX are solely between you and that business. We are not responsible for:
- Service quality
- Payments
- Disputes between users and businesses
Reviews and User-Generated Content
You may submit reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting content:
- You confirm it is truthful and lawful
- You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute your content
- You agree not to post defamatory, misleading, or illegal material
We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use QUERYMX unlawfully or fraudulently
- Post fake reviews or misleading listings
- Attempt to access systems or data without authorisation
- Scrape, copy, or extract data from the App
Intellectual Property
All rights in QUERYMX (excluding user content), including:
- Software
- Design
- Logos
- Databases
are owned by or licensed to DataZentist.
Future Paid Features
We may introduce paid services, including:
- Featured listings
- Premium business profiles
- Subscription-based features
Details will be provided within the App when available.
Subscriptions (If Introduced)
9.1Billing
Subscriptions may be charged on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly or yearly), with pricing clearly displayed before purchase.
9.2Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
9.3Cancellation
You may cancel at any time via your account settings or the relevant app store provider. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
9.4Free Trials
If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before expiry.
9.5Payments
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play.
9.6Refunds
Refunds are handled according to app store policies.
Privacy
Your use of QUERYMX is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data in compliance with UK GDPR.
Availability
We do not guarantee that QUERYMX will always be available or error-free. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.
Disclaimer
QUERYMX is provided “as is” without warranties.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of listings
- Reliability of user reviews
- Outcomes from interactions with businesses
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- We are not responsible for disputes between users and listed businesses
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to QUERYMX if you breach these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of QUERYMX after changes are published means you accept any updates.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
